Working principle：A current-limiting resistor R is connected in series at the input terminal to convert the measured voltage into a current of about 2mA and input to the transformer，then the transformer outputs a current of about 2mA in ratio 1/1,，and finally a sampling resistor R' is connected in parallel at the output terminal of the transformer and gets an output voltage。
